- 01We do not average these figures and we do not give a Modou price. Each line is one source, quoted as published.
- 02Each line says whether it is material only or installed, and the VAT basis where the source states it. Material only and installed figures are not comparable, and neither are different years or countries.
- 03Many Dutch sources show no date. The oldest here is from 2023. Prices have moved since, so use them as a pointer and not as a quote.
- 04The United Kingdom lines are in pounds, not euros, and are there only because Dutch sources are thin. They are not converted.
- 05Modou does not supply prices: the estimator adds their own. Modou does not calculate MPG, MKI or BREEAM.
