It sets the specification, the drawings, the schedules and the model side by side. Where they disagree, you see both sources and Modou does not pick one. It flags genuine contradictions only: minimum 8 mm and 10 mm can both be true.

Flashing colour differs between documents.
Quantities come from the IFC model, measured with the build-ups in your own library. Then Modou works out what each build-up takes: the boards, battens, flashings and screws, laid out on stock lengths with a cut list and rounded to what you can order. Every line shows how it was worked out and which assumptions it rests on.

You approve each assumption. To change or reject one, you give a reason. Where the documents disagree, you choose which source leads. Then you export the order list and the quantities as a file for your calculation package. Modou never sends a quote.

Every approval, correction and exclusion is kept with your reason, so a colleague can see why. Your build-ups and rules stay in your own library, so the next project starts from how you work.
You price in the calculation package you already use, with your own prices and hour norms. Modou hands over the order list and the checked quantities as Excel, CSV or CUF-XML files for packages such as Ibis, Kraan nCalc, Vakware, 2Jours, CIVIEL, Duncan and Bouw7. You import them yourself. CUF-XML is in pilot. Modou never suggests a price.
