From public document
to phone call.
Four steps. You only have to do one of them.
- Step 1
Onboarding
We get to know your business: what you make, who you sell to, which regions you work in and what a good customer looks like for you. There is nothing for you to set up. We do it, and you check whether it is right.
- Step 2
Searching
Every working day Modou reads the public sources: notices from municipalities, provinces and water authorities, tenders, environmental and water permits, grid operator publications, and municipal council agendas where those are public.
- Step 3
Testing
What Modou finds is tested against your product and against the reason it is stuck right now. A big project with no constraint is not an opportunity. A small project where your product removes the constraint is.
- Step 4
Delivery
A briefing in your inbox every working day, with source, date and contact, with a phone number and LinkedIn where findable, so you can call straight away. If on a given day nothing clears the bar, Modou says so and explains why. Your briefing is not padded.
If you want to dig deeper, you chat
Modou also sits in Slack, Telegram and Discord. Ask your question about an opportunity in the channel you already work in, and you get an answer with the same sources underneath it.
What you do with it counts
Whether you pick an opportunity up or leave it, your response steers where Modou searches the next day. It is not a scoreboard and not a setting you have to maintain. It is simply what you were doing anyway.
Alongside that
Alongside projects, grants, press mentions and partner opportunities come by as well, when they appear in the same documents. We pass those on. It is not what Modou was built for.
