Modou is for contractors and subcontractors in façade and finishing in the Netherlands: businesses of ten to a hundred people where an estimator turns a tender package into a price. Modou reads the specification, drawings and model, marks where they disagree, and works out the boards, battens, flashings and screws you need to order. Every assumption waits for your approval.

Leva built Modou for the moment a tender package lands on an estimator's desk. The specification, the drawings and the model rarely say exactly the same thing, and there is seldom time to check every page before the price goes out. What slips through comes back later as work nobody priced, or as an order that is missing on site. Modou does the reading and the working out, and leaves every decision to the estimator.

Modou was built with Pretty Plastic as its design partner. They make façade products from recycled plastic and work in the same trade Modou is made for. Modou has been tested against their day to day practice.

The document first, the claim second
Every requirement, contradiction and quantity points to its document, revision and page, spreadsheet cell or model element. If Modou cannot back something up, it says so.
You decide
When sources disagree, Modou shows both and does not pick one. Every assumption waits for your approval, and every decision is recorded with your reason.
No guessing
When the documents leave something open, Modou says so and makes it an open point. A price stays blank until you enter it.
Privacy from the start
Your documents, prices and decisions stay in your own account and are never shared with other customers. Your projects are not used to train a shared AI model unless you give written permission.
