We only process the data needed to run your agent. We never sell it. Product analytics (PostHog) help us improve Modou, and you can opt out anytime.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Stored account data is encrypted through our infrastructure. Connection credentials use provider-managed OAuth or an encrypted credential path.
You own your data
Your tool credentials and workflow outputs are yours. Delete everything from Settings, anytime. Need an export? Email us and we'll send it.
No training on your data
Your prompts, tool data, and outputs are never used to train Modou's models. We're an API customer of our AI providers, not a data partner.
Right to deletion
Delete your account from Settings. Full erasure completes within 30 days, in line with GDPR's backup-retention rules.
Human-in-the-loop approvals
High-risk actions (sending emails, deleting records, creating workflows) are queued for your approval before the agent runs them. You're always in control.
